Planning & Development

The Planning & Development Department is responsible for current planning, long-range planning, and administration of the zoning and subdivision regulations of the Town aka the Unified Development Code.

Department Staff:

• Advises the Board of Trustees and the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
• Answers questions related to property zoning and land development.
• Prepares and maintains current and long-range planning documents.
• Assist the Fairplay Police Department with enforcement of the Municipal Code.
